Shipping policy


Orders received before 12:00 pm are normally shipped the same day. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days for deliveries within Sweden and 2-7 days for other countries. Please note that in some cases it may take longer and we reserve the right to a delivery time of up to 10 days. We are not responsible for any damage caused by exceeding delivery times, but you have the right to cancel your purchase if the delivery time is extended.

If the item is damaged or lost during transport, Dogmania AB is responsible for payment. If you have received a damaged or broken item, this must be reported within 14 days.

Unclaimed packages

For packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge costs for round-trip shipping, administration, and invoice fees. From SEK 150, depending on the size of the package. Packages remain at PostNord for 7 days, it is stated in the SMS notification when you must collect it at the latest. If you cannot collect it, you can contact PostNord or the agent and get an extended storage time.


Transport damages

If you discover that the package is damaged when you pick it up from your post office, you should report it directly to the agent or Postnord. Delivery to Norway

VAT and customs duties are included in the total amount when you shop with us for delivery to Norway. You don't pay anything extra when you pick up your package.
