SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders received before 12.00 are usually dispatched the same day. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days for deliveries within Sweden and 2-10 days for other countries. Note that in some cases it may take longer and we reserve the right for up to 10 days for delivery. We are not responsible for damage due to delivery times are exceeded, but you have a right to cancel your purchase of extended delivery.

Orders below 2 kg are sent by PostNord Varubrev, orders above 2 kg are sent by PostNord MyPack or UPS.

Tracking

Unfortunately you can not trace your parcel sent with PostNord Varubrev outside Sweden. If the package is sent with PostNord MyPack or UPS you can trace it on postnord.se or ups.com. Tracking number is sent by email when your order is shipped. If you not have received the tracking number, please contact us.

Delivery Delay

Delivery times may be extended when unforeseen delays may occur on the road. If your shipping address is outside EU customs procedures sometimes take longer than expected.

We have almost all the products we sell in stock, if any product is out of stock we will contact you by email. We will gladly help you with suggestions for similar product if available.
