What is your delivery time?
Orders received before 12 pm CET/CEST are normally sent the same day. Normal delivery time is 3-8 working days for deliveries outside of Europe. Please note, however, that in some cases it may take longer and we reserve the right for a delivery time of up to 10 days.
At the moment, unfortunately, we have longer delivery times than usual due to a warehouse relocation, but we are doing our best to ship your order as soon as possible!
Which delivery methods can I choose?
For deliveries outside Sweden, we ship with UPS and PostNord.
Within Sweden, we ship with PostNord and Schenker.
Where is my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link in your delivery confirmation. Depending on the season, it may take a little longer than usual for the shipping companies to handle the deliveries (for example during Black Friday and Christmas). This is completely normal.
Please note that we currently have extended delivery times due to a warehouse relocation.
Purchases and returns
How do I make a return?
If you wish to return one or more products, carefully pack the items you want to send back, and send the parcel back to us:

Clearly write "RETURN" on the package and drop it off at your nearest service point. You need to cover the return shipping cost yourself. Other shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I change to another size?
To make an exchange, you need to place a new order on our website in connection with sending back what you do not want to keep. You need to cover the return shipping yourself. (Read more under "How do I make a return?" above.)
Do I get the difference back if I exchange a reduced item?
If you bought an item on sale or at a reduced price and then want to exchange, you will be reimbursed for the difference if you bought the exchange item at regular price. Please note that the adjustment is only made during return processing, i.e. when we have received your return and are handling it.
How do I make a complaint?
If your item turns out to have an original fault or does not correspond to the product description, it may be a complaint case. Send a picture or video with a description of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take it further.
When do you get stock replenishment?
We receive continuous replenishment of goods that are out of stock.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide information on exact date for restocking a product.
Where can I find the size guides?
The size guide for each item is displayed if you click on "Size chart" under "Size" on the product page.
To find the right size for harnesses and coats, you usually need to know the dog's measurements around the chest and around the neck. Feel free to contact us via email, email@example.com if you need help choosing the right size after you have measured the dog.
What do I do if I am unsure about the fit of a product?
It is possible to order products at home and try them on if you are unsure of the fit, model or size, and then return the product if it does not fit. Please note that return cost comes to 10 EUR.
